United States of America (USA) Student Application Procedure till student reaches University.

STAGE 1: We counsel students as per their profile and Interest.
STAGE 2: We guide students to select course, University and Location of the University as per student profile and Interest.
STAGE 3: We Provide Information about the documents to be submitted for getting Admission ( I-20)
Documents required for getting I-20:
  1. Secondary school Certificate (SSC)
  2. Intermediate certificate (11th and 12th class)
  3. All individual mark sheets semester wise of graduation along with the backlogs
  4. Provisional Certificate (PC)
  5. Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
  6. Original Degree (OD)
    (All the above documents should be attested from the University you have graduated)
  7. Two Recommendation Letters (can be from a Professor/Head of the Department/Principal)
  8. Statement of Purpose (SOP)
    Your admission depends up on your SOP. Prepare a good SOP, explain clearly the reasons for choosing the course, University, and how that course is going to help you.
  9. TOEFL/IELTS/PTE Score cards (For some Universities student has to directly report the score) For reporting TOEFL SCORE contact www.ets.org and for reporting IELTS SCORE Contact British Council / IDP
  10. GRE/GMAT/SAT Score Cards (For some Universities student has to directly report the score)

  11. Work Experience Letters (If any)
  12. Copy of Passport
  13. Funds for Your Tuition Fee and Living Expenses (It can be Bank Balance Certificate (Financial support Document) Sponsor can be your parents, Siblings / company/ Organization or a Bank Loan Letter)
  14. Affidavit of Support (self, Sponsor (if any)
  15. Apply for the University you opted, Admission Process takes couple of (8-12) weeks to get your admission confirmation (I-20 Confirmation)
STAGE 4: Congratulations for getting your I-20.
Procedure to follow after getting your admission confirmation ( I-20 Confirmation )
STAGE 5:
  • Fill your DS-160 Form ( http://www.immigrationdirect.com)
  • Pay your visa fee only at AXIS bank (Any AXIS BANK branch in INDIA)
  • Visa appointment fee for F1 is USD 160.
  • It will take couple of hours to get your bar code ACTIVATED
  • After activation
  • Now you can book your visa appointment slot. Go to www.ustraveldocs.com
  • Choose your date to apply for visa (You have to visit VFS 2 times ( 2days ) first Time for biometric and 2nd time for visa interview )
  • For VFS contact details please go through the link www.ustraveldocs.com
  • After confirmation of your visa date pay your SEVIS fee. For payment of SEVIS fee please go through www.fmjfee.com
  • www.fmjfee.com ( CASH NOT ACCEPTED, PAYMENT SHOULD BE DONE THROUGH CREDIT CARD ONLY) for F1 VISA SEVIS fee is USD 200
Documents needed for visa:
  1. All academic certificates (10th, Intermediate, all individual mark sheets of all semisters of graduation including backlogs and post graduation (if any) )
  2. TOEFL/IELTS score Card (ORIGINALS)
  3. GRE/GMAT/SAT Score Cards (ORIGINALS)
  4. Signed I-20
  5. DS-160 Forms
  6. Confirmation letter of oppointment of VISA date
  7. SEVIS fee confirmation letter
  8. work experience letter if any
  9. Bank Balance Certificate (Financial Support Document) (It can be self supported/ Supported by parents / Siblings or company/ organization or Bank Loan Sanction letter Fixed Deposits/ Postal deposits/ Provident fund)
  10. Source of Income self/parents/siblings (Should provide Pay slips, Form 16 and Income Tax Returns for salaried Employees, Income Tax returns for business people or MANDAL REVENUE OFFICER CERTIFICATE FOR AGRICULTURE INCOME. Submit Notarised self affidavit declaring the income for non IT payers)
  11. Notarized Affidavit of Support (self and by sponsor)
  12. CHARTERED ENGINEER (CE) REPORT (OPTIONAL), (Chartered engineers property valuation report of your assets), CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) REPORT (OPTIONAL), Report given by CHARTERED ACCOUNT giving details of the university your are applying for , location, tuition fee, living expenses and source of income of your family and funds for tuition fee and living expenses.

PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING:
  • We brief you about the place you going to study, about the climate, culture and the baggage to be carried along with you.
ACCOMODATION:
  • We recommend students to book the accommodation in prior. We advise students to stay at University campus Hostels for their safety else you can arrange for private accommodation near the university.
FOREX SERVICES:
  • We guide you about the foreign exchange with the help of local Forex providers. Carry you tuition fee in the form of Demand draft (DD) favoring the University Payable at USA.
  • Carry currency in small Denominations and carry Traveler cheques (TC’S) for your safety. You can encash Traveler cheques very easily anywhere in the USA and you can encash immediately after signing the Traveler cheque.
Air Ticketing Services:
  • We help you to get your air tickets at the best price with the help of local travel agents. Get information about the baggage to be carried with you from the airlines. We advise students , travel to the destination well in advance of your university reporting date instead of travelling at the last moment and book your tickets accordingly.
  • Pack your luggage and be in the International terminal of the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time of your flight.
